These terms of service are designed to help our customers understand the service they are purchasing. Agreement and Policies for Advanced Cleaning Services

By scheduling a one-time or recurring service with Advanced Cleaning Services, you are entering into an agreement that encompasses our commitment to provide you with top-quality service, our mutual responsibilities, and our policies. Please review the terms and conditions belowThese terms of service are designed to help our customers understand the service they are purchasing. These terms clarify and describe our guarantees, exclusions, cancellations, and potential problems we strive to avoid if at all possible. With your help, these issues can be averted to ensure a successful service to you in your home.

HOME PREPARATION

To ensure optimal unity during our advanced cleaning sessions, we kindly ask that you clean any toys or clothes before our arrival. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could create a comfortable space for your pets to ensure their well-being while we work. Complying with these simple requests not only benefits your family but also helps our team ensure that all your belongings are properly arranged during the cleaning process. Your cooperation is highly valued, as we strive to create a safe and effective cleaning environment for everyone involved.

TERMS

Miscellaneous projects are welcome. Simply email or text us with your special requests so we can give you the best rate and budget them into our next scheduled cleaning.

CLEANING TIME

Advanced cleaning services, while we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time, we provide a time window for your convenience, considering the attention each home requires, and the estimated arrival time (ETA) is presented within around 1 hour window. This helps us log your preferences and minimize any potential inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding as we balance precision with the care needed for your home. at your home. If we are late, we will call or text your phone number. If you can not be home, no worries, just leave us the instructions and we will handle it!

CREWS

We normally work in crews consisting of two or three professionally trained cleaning technicians. Every crew has a team leader who supervise every task and ensures consistency quality at each jobat your home. If we are late, we will call or text your phone number. DUSTING

Our cleaning technicians take pride in dusting your home. Our tools and techniques allow us to remove most of your home's dust in a reasonable amount of time and effort. Settling Dust: During the dusting process, some dust becomes airborne and will not settle until we have left. This is more common in first time cleanings, and it may take several visits before settling dust becomes minimized. Dusting Knick Knacks, Collectables, Stand-up Picture Frames, and other small items: We dust small items based on the size and the number of items on a shelf or flat surface like a mantel. If there are 10 or fewer small items on a shelf we will hand dust them and the surface below and return the item to the shelf. If there are more than 10 items per shelf we may items where they sit and the surface around them. dust the surface around them. Dusting height limits: We are not able to dust items on shelves or hung on a wall that are higher than a cleaning technician can reach standing on a 2 step stepladder. We do use extension poles to high dust rooms but we will not high dust items that may tip over or hung on the wall because we are not able to hold it with one hand in order to secure it while we dust.

Pictures of Before and After Work

We take before and after photos of our work for training, proof of performance, and promotional purposes. These photos do not include personal items or pictures. Breakage and Damage

While we strive to avoid breakages and damages, accidents can occur. We have Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair, although we cannot guarantee identical replacements. Damage must be reported to our office within 2 business days of service. Advanced Cleaning Services cannot be held responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear on any items. ALARM SYSTEMS & KEYS

It is not necessary to be at home while we are there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure we have the key code so we can disarm the alarm.

Rescheduling, Cancellation

Our company understands that unforeseen things happen, and that occasionally you may need to cancel the cleaning service. For this reason, we respectfully request that cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance. We created this policy to better meet the demands of all our customers. When cancellations are made close to the cleaning time, other customers miss the opportunity to clean their home. For this reason, if we do not receive a call or text message within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment there will be a 50% charge on your next scheduled cleaning. Thank you in advance for understanding the policy we have instituted. We are happy to serve you. For rescheduling your cleaning can result in extra charges, please pay attention at those examples
  • Example 1-weekly customer “skips” a cleaning ,it going to be bi-weekly basis and charge accordingly.

  • Example2-bi-weekly customer “skips” a cleaning , it going to be a monthly basis and charged accordingly.

  • Example 3- monthly cleaning customer “skips” a cleaning , it going to be deep cleaning again and charged accordingly

CLEANING SUPPLIES

The client will provide paper towels and trash bag. We are ready and equipped with everything we need to make your home or commercial establishment shine. However, if you prefer that we use your cleaning products, just let us know when booking your cleaning appointment trash bags, we also offer organic products upon request on the day of cleaning For rescheduling your cleaning can result in extra charges, please pay attention at those examples .

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

Payment is due in full upon completion of the work or services provided or within 24 hours after our cleaning. We accept cash Payments with check, Zelle, Venmo or cheque.

PET SPECIAL CONSIDERATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

We work around pets every day and we love them! However, if you have special concerns that fall outside the duties of cleaning, we will not be held responsible for any damages or liability that result from your pets' actions. If your pet has ANY special requirements, we recommend boarding them for the day of the cleaning. Also, our cleaning technicians cannot touch or pick up pet feces, including emptying or moving litter-boxes. Thank you for your understanding.

TERMINATION OR PAUSE OF RECURRING CLEANINGS

If you would like to cease receiving service temporarily, long-term, or permanently, or reduce the frequency of your cleaning cadence, we require 2 weeks' notice. Less than this is considered a late cancellation and you can be charge.

NON-SOLICITATION OF OUR EMPLOYEES

When you engage in a service agreement with Advanced Cleaning Services, you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by our company for any home-related services. Our recruitment and training processes are rigorous and costly, and we protect our employees accordingly. If you are found to have solicited one of our staff members, our referral/training fee is $3,500 per hired employee. We consider our employees our most valuable asset and charge accordingly.

Customer Feedback and Evaluation

Getting customer feedback is an important ingredient to a successful house cleaning service relationship. Your feedback helps us monitor the performance of the cleaning technicians and deliver the highest quality cleaning experience. We value your feedback immensely, as it assists us in continually enhancing our service. After each cleaning, we will send you a customer service survey via email or text. You may also fill out a card or call or text our office at (617) 777-9119 to provide feedback.

Our Commitment to Quality

At Advanced Cleaning Services, we pledge to deliver exceptional service by:Providing professional cleaning services performed by licensed, bonded, and insured technicians. Offering a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If any aspect of your cleaning falls short of your expectations, kindly inform us within 24 hours, and we will promptly arrange a crew to revisit your home within 48 business hours to rectify the issue. Please note that we cannot issue cash refunds or discounts in lieu of a redo.

SPECIAL OR MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS

Additional tasks need to be requested in advance, so they can schedule the additional time and supplies needed. Additional fees are incurred when additional service If your house had any renovations done prior to the cleaning please include that in quote request so we can schedule you for a bigger window of time.

SERVICE EXCLUSIONS

  • Cleaning of Extreme Clutter
  • Cleaning of Mold and/or other biohazards
  • Lifting items weighing over 25 lbs (i.e. large furniture)
  • Cleaning of inside/ Outside Windows
  • Cleaning of Animal Waste/Litter/Insects Cleaning of Chandeliers
  • Cleaning Exposed Metal Air Ducts.

TIPPING

Our technicians are proud of their work and trained to make the best in every single job. They work hard and most of them have been with our company for a long time. Tipping is not necessary but encouraged to make them feel appreciated for their efforts.

Other Information

To meet your evolving needs and ensure your satisfaction, Advanced Cleaning Services reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time. Changes to your service requested after receiving your original estimate may result in additional charges or necessitate a new estimate. We are unable to care for pets, plants, or children due to liability reasons.
